Browse the SAP Agreements site, where you can find various agreement documents for cloud,
software and service offerings from SAP. When referenced in specific order forms, these agreement
documents form the basis of your contractual relationship with SAP.

Locating your Agreement Documents:

The effective date of the documents in the Agreements area can be found in the document name. The
version immediately prior to the effective date of your document agreement will apply to your contract
with SAP unless otherwise agreed, i.e. "SAP Software General Terms and Conditions On Premise, v.7-
2016" has an effective date of July 2016.
