1. In connection with the subject above, that at about 4:20 PM on September
13, 2022, elements of Lawaan MPS conducted an Intel Driven Operation against
illegal gambling activities, which resulted to the arrest of Jason Abuda Deladia, a
minor that was caught in plain view directly participating in illegal gambling activity
“POOL” with a playing card (BARAHA). Arrested minor was informed his
constitutional rights as construed in the Miranda Doctrine and the nature of the arrest
to the language known to him and the Anti-Torture Act and was brought to this
station for documentation and proper disposition. Confiscated items were one (1) set
of playing cards and the bet money, eight (8) one-peso coins, five (5) five-peso coins
and two (2) ten-peso coins for a total of fifty-three (53) pesos.

2. In relation to R.A 9344 “The Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of 2006”,
submitted herewith is the name of the CICL involved in the illegal gambling activity
transpired in this municipality to wit;
