caused by the bomb in Hiroshima and Nagasaki during the Second World War was so

Explain the meaning of the term frame of reference. What factors can influence a narrator’s
or source’s frame of reference, and why is it important to take these factors into account
when evaluating a source’s credibility or validity?

You have to have previous knowledge on the subject and then do a search in reliable
sources, once you have the information(you always have to add the reference points from
where the information has been collected), it must be summarized with the purpose of
teaching the main point.
