I would to inform you of our intent to buy a drum set for our church, the reason such plan is because our
present drum set is already dilapidated.

The item we will buying is amounting to: Php 37,948.00. The music ministry has initial amount of Php
10,000.00. The remaining balance (Php 27,948.00) will be paid by monthly installment for 6 months.
