 Abstract

This paper tries to explore the role of non-government organizations (NGO " s) in
education sector of Gopalganj. Most of the NGO “s described have inspired us in
some way or other way to look at education based on spiritual foundations and not
merely the education which is being imparted nowadays in educational institutions.
Education that is necessary for character building thereby bringing out the
physical, mental and spiritual culture of the human personality. NGO "s create
awareness and will lead us in future. The human brains behind some of the NGO
“s has been highlighted.
