1. Print on Astrobrights paper for instant color or color the pages. Cut along all solid lines.

2. Fold your file folder as shown.

3. For the first, middle, and last name, cut along all solid lines. Fold along the dotted line. Paste the top
part of the spine at the middle top part of your lapbook. Underneath each flap, have students write their
name.

4. For the middle petal book, cut out the flower. Fold along the dotted lines and write different names or
nicknames underneath the floor flaps.

5. For each of the pockets, fold along all dotted lines. Glue these flaps to the notebook. Cut out the rect-
angles and write answers on them. Then, stick these in each pocket.

6. For the “favorite” flaps, glue the longest flap (favorite things to do) to the top right side of your lap-
book. Glue the spine of the middle flap (favorite foods) next. Glue the smallest flap (favorite colors) on
top. Have students write their answers on each.
