PARTIES
This BUSINESS INVESTOR AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made effective as of March 10, 2060 (“Effective Date”),
and is entered into by and between [Eugene Blaine] of [Innovation Focused Company] (“Company”), located at
3518 Traction St. South Carolina, and [William Starbuck] (“Investor”), with a personal address of 4390 Java Lane,
South Carolina.

The Company and the Investor, individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties,"
agree to the following:

NATURE OF INVESTMENT, TERM, & PURPOSE

The Investor shall make a cash investment to the company in the amount of $1,000,000.00 ("Investment"),
to be deposited to the Company’s bank accounts, attached hereto as Annex

The Company shall officially induct the Investor on March 15, 2060, at the Company’s principal place of
address.

This Agreement certifies and grants to the investor a return on investment of 25% in the first year and 36%
of the Company’s voting powers.

The Investment shall only be used by the Company for the purpose of furthering the business and
promoting its offers to ensure sales and revenue.

WARRANTIES
The Parties warrant and covenant that they have willingly entered into this Agreement and hereby agree to
be bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

The Investor warrants that he shall perform his obligations to the Company in accordance with the best
professional standards.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Parties agree that any and all information directly or indirectly related to this Agreement shall remain
confidential and shall not be disclosed or reproduced in any manner without obtaining prior written approval from
the other Party.

 ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all previous verbal or
written agreements between the Parties.

BINDING AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall be binding upon the Parties upon the Effective Date and shall be terminated automatically
when the Investor withdraws his investment or upon his failure to comply with his obligations to the Company.

APPLICABLE LAW
The laws of the State of South Carolina will govern and construe this Business Investor Agreement, and the
federal and state courts in South Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction over it.
