1. PARTIES
This Artist Investment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of Jult 28, 2030 by and between [DB Music],
its principal place of business at [2258 Roane Avenue, Rockville, Maryland 20850] (“Company”), and [Leora
Alexander] of [1824 Bluff Street, Rockville, Maryland 20850] (“Investor”).

The Company and the Investor will together be termed the “Parties.”

2. NATURE OF INVESTMENT; TERM; PURPOSES

2.1 The Investor agrees to invest five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) (“Investment”) in the Company,
which will be utilized strictly for Walko's (“Artist”) campaign and overall career development in the entertainment
industry.

2.2 The Investment will be made within thirty (30) days of this Agreement's signing to the Company's bank
account. For whatever reason, the Investor will not make any direct payments to the Artist.

2.3 The Company will have the right to withdraw the Investment in accordance with its purpose.

2.4 In exchange for the Investment, the Investor shall be entitled to a total of thirty five percent (35%) of the
Artist's net profits ("Investment Return"). In ten (10) years from the date of this Agreement, the Investment
Return will be capped. The Company will thereafter be released from its obligation to pay the Investment Return.

2.5 The Company will account to the Investor on a semi-annual basis and continue so long as net profits are
earned, by furnishing statements and any payments due to the Investor.

2.6 The Investor will have the right to examine the records and books of the Company related to their
Investment.

3. WARRANTIES
3.1 Each Party warrants that they are legally existing and are in good standing within the laws and regulations of
the State of [Maryland].

3.2 Each of the Party further warrants that they have discussed and fully understood the terms set forth in this
Agreement.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 The Investor acknowledges that Company books and records contain confidential trade information and such
will remain confidential notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement.

4.2 The Parties will have the relationship of independent contractors. Nothing herein will be interpreted to
consider the Parties in any other business relationship.

4.3 The Artist’s master recordings, all performances made thereof, the merchandise, and brand will remain the
property of the Company and to which the Investor will have no right.

5. APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement is made, and is to be construed under the laws of the state of [Maryland].
