    Dear Atty. Disgracia

    Appeal for the Reversal of Imposed Fines

    We refer to your Notice dated November 15, 2022 imposing upon the Company) a fine of
    Php50,000.00 with a Php5,000.00 daily fine for non-compliance, for violation of Section 88.

    We respectfully submit an appeal for the reversal of fines listed above. The company did not
    intend to delay submission of the Report, but rather an error on our part. We encountered a
    technical error on our servers. 

    We would like to bring to your attention that the company has religiously and timely
    submitted reports upon companies through the Rules. Hence, we ask for a reprieve from this
    mistake and its fines together with an assurance to prevent such from happening again.

    We look forward to your most favorable response.
