2. Tell me about your work? ( Job description, company culture)

•I'm a teacher, we facilitate students' mental growth and hone their skills.
3. With your job right now, can you say that you are compensated well? Tell me more
about how your company compensates you and your other employees as well.
•With the inflation in our country, teachers are not well compensated. It's been how
many administrations already but teachers do not get the increase we deserve. The
only thing that would motivate me since as a teacher I cannot control who are the
students that I will teach but it is through my passion in teaching that keeps me going. I
also seek motivation in which I work hard because it is for my family. But I think the
government should do more on the system of our compensation since the benefits are
already given but they should give more amount on how healthcare insurance
especially public school health restrictions are not that strict and we teachers could get
sick anytime.

Compensation System that suits the employee:

● Health Insurance Coverage- A compensation that includes health insurance will

be better, 40K up I think so that at least teachers can save the interviewee said.
