AFFIDAVIT OF NO PENDING CASE OF VENDEE

I, BENJAMIN A. ASBUCAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to

ERLINDA BUSWAY, and with residence at Purok 6, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose
and state that:

1. I am the owner of a parcel of land identified as Lot No. 32-B of the

subdivision plan Psd-CAR-013438 (AR), being a portion of Lot 32,
GSS-CAR-000419, situated at Barangay Macutay, Municipality of
Rizal, Kalinga. Containing an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED EIGHTY NIINE (11,789) square meters, more or less,
covered and embraced by TCT No. CLOA T-8502 issued by the
Registry of Deeds of Kalinga;

2. The said parcel of land has no pending case with DAR, the DARAB
or any of its adjudicators, the Courts of the Office of the President,
and is not a subject of a pending case before the Barangay or Court
nor it is used to guarantee an obligation;

3. This affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative

Order No. 1, Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that the land
subject of the above-mentioned transaction is a retention area.

4. I am executing this Affidavit in good faith to attest to the truth and

veracity of the foregoing averments and for all legal intents and
purposes it may serve..
