California Democrats release a slew of racist bills that seem specifically aimed

at hurting blacks

It’s is always astounding how a group of people can be so bent on destroying the economic and
educational status of an entire ethnicity in their state. The Democrat party has been working
overtime to come out with a number of bills that seem targeted at further disenfranchising and
hurting the black community. No word fits these bills better than racist.
First a bit of background on the history of why blacks have good reasons not to trust the
government when it comes to medical programs.
The Tuskegee Syphilis Study on black men
The Tuskegee Experiment was a study conducted between 1932 and 1972 by the United States
Public Health Service (PHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on a
group of 600 African Americans with syphilis. The study was conducted to see how syphilis
would affect men when left untreated. Even when there was a treatment the study gave the men
placebos and never treated them.

The HIV Black Foster Children Experiment.

The BBC published a report and a documentary showing how in 2005 the New York
Administration for Children's Services (ACS) rounded up thousands of black kids into foster care
under various premises. While in foster care these black kids were given HIV Test drugs
produced by various major drug manufacturers, many were lethal. As BBC News reported
“highly controversial and secretive drug experiments had been conducted on orphans and foster
children as young as three months old.12” Guinea Pig Kids was broadcast on Tuesday, 30
November 2004, at 1930 GMT on BBC Two (UK).

Irradiation experiments on black cancer patients

Between 1960 and 1971, the Department of Defense funded non-consensual whole body
radiation experiments on mostly poor and black cancer patients, who were not told what was
being done to them. Patients were told that they were receiving a "treatment" that might cure
their cancer, but the Pentagon was trying to determine the effects of high levels of radiation on
the human body.3,4

The list goes on, but these should be sufficient to explain why the black community believes
with good reason that it is dangerous to trust the government. There are many more listed on
Wikipedia, while you may not wish to trust the text, the references in the footnotes are from
trusted sources.5 All to say, that many blacks take a dim view of trusting the government when it
comes to health mandates. And there is no good reason for them to change that attitude since the
most recent incident was in 2005. This is systemic racism at its height.

The Racist Bills now in the CA Legislature

Let’s now look at some of the bills that the Democrat-controlled CA Legislature wants to pass
and the rational reader will easily notice how they will all affect and hurt blacks disparately. For
space, we’ve limited ourselves to just 6 of the many bills.
• AB 1993 would require all employees, including independent contractors, to show proof of
Covid-19 vaccine to work in California. (this bill was withdrawn but it will probably soon
return).
How it hurts blacks: Since blacks don’t trust the government line in greater numbers, this bill
would disparately ensure that blacks lost their jobs in greater percentages. The black
unemployment rate is already very high, this would cement their economic destruction. Only
someone who wants to target blacks would issue a bill like this.

• SB 871 would require all children 0 to 17 to get the Covid-19 vaccine just to be able to attend
child care or school.
How it hurts blacks: Since more black parents refuse to allow their kids to take the vaccine,
black students will now suffer disparately as more of them will subsequently be forbidden to
attend school. The black literacy rate already trails behind any other majority literacy rate. Since
they already know this that black would not take the vaccine, it would seem like the Democrats
are purposely targeting blacks to lower their literacy rate even more over any other minority.
• SB 866 would allow children 12 to 17 to get the Covid-19 vaccine without parental consent.
How it hurts blacks: That’s not what black parents need, police or teachers coercing their kids
and browbeating them to get the vaccine against their wishes. This further alienates black parents
from their kids.
• SB 1464 would force law enforcement officials to enforce public health orders.
How it hurts blacks: We already have police officers arresting and suspecting innocent blacks
for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now they’ll be arrested for not having the right
vaccine paperwork while in their place of employment. Are we going to see police raiding black
businesses to meet their quotas (which supposedly don’t exist) by arresting non-compliant
blacks? Will the slippery slope then allow police officers to walk around asking for vaccine
passports or taking black kids out of homes because their parents won’t give them the vaccine?
Where does this stop?
• AB 1797 would make changes to the California Immunization Record Database to add Race.
How it hurts blacks: This would further allow blacks to be specifically targeted because now
their race will be identified and the fact that they have not been vaccinated will be easily
accessible to anyone and everyone. Want to exclude a black person from being hired, just make a
requirement for vaccinations. You’ll easily eliminate a majority of blacks from being eligible.
You can be a racist without anyone knowing you are one.
• AB 2098 would reclassify the sharing of Covid-19 “misinformation” by doctors and surgeons
and this supposedly unprofessional conduct would result in disciplinary action.
How it hurts blacks: This means any sharing of government distrust or even past government
atrocities by black doctors would end up in them losing their jobs or their practices. Can we
imagine a better way to remove black doctors from their communities?

Other bills in the same vein: SB920, SB1184, SB1390 all have disparate effects on the black
community.

Every Black Life Matters condemns these and other similar bills as well as those individuals who
either unwittingly or purposely proposed them. We call out the authors of these bills to tear them
up or face judgment. We and our community will be watching who votes for these bills and will
remember that in the elections to come. We strongly urge all Californians to stand up against
Racism. It’s time for ERase-ism.
