Samira could run, jump, and practice at the gym and play tennis when she was young. Now, as an old woman, she can no longer do those physical activities but she can read books, visit places, and watch television programs, which make her happy. She recently went to the theater with friends and had a fantastic time.

My name is Samira. I’m 70. I am an old thin woman. When
I was young I could do many things. I could run, I could jump, I could practice at the gym and play tennis. Now I can’t do all that because I am very old.
