CAN AND COULD

My name is Samira. I’m 70. I am an old thin woman. When

I was young I could do many things. I could run, I could
jump, I could practice at the gym and play tennis. Now I
can’t do all that because I am very old. But I can read
books, visit many places and watch interesting
programmes on tv and I am very happy. Last weekend I
went to the theatre with some friends. It was fantastic!
