With reference to your letter Memo No. TPO/ JISSP –VOC/DPL/EE/2023 /101dt.17..10.2022 dt
.11.10.2022regarding above it is stated that the same may be considered for the students of your college, on the
following terms and conditions for 1month/ EED .w.e.f 09.12.22 to 08.01.23 Student must be attend on 09.12.2022 at
under signed office at 10.30am.

01. Training Fees of Rs1180/- one thousand one hundred eighty ) only per candidate is to be deposit in our Cash Counter
against Code No. 966113.
02. Two Passport size colored photographs for each student are required issuing temporary Gate Pass.
03. No accommodation, Transport & Medical facilities etc. would be given for the same.
04. Taking snap inside Company’s premises is strictly prohibited.
05. The student(s) should not bring his / her/ their Mobiles or any other electronics devices inside the Plant / Office Premises.
06. The student(s) will have to wear full Shoes, bring Safety Helmets & wear college uniforms during his / her / their visit.
07. The student(s) should act as per instruction of the Guide and should take prior appointment.
08. The student(s) will not be allowed to move at places of his / her / their choice, for safety & security reason.
09. The student(s) are advised not to touch any Instruments / Electric Line etc. during his/her/their plant visit.
10. After completion of VT every student will have to submit a Project Report before Training Officer.
11. D.P.L. would not take any responsibility whatsoever, in case of any accident during the Training period.
12. Any act of indiscipline on the part of trainee(s) is cancellation to the training.
13. Please bring Corona FIT Certificate, Mask and Hand Sanitizer at the time of reporting.
