- “A cloud service provider, or CSP, is a company that offers some component of cloud
computing; typically, when you search the internet a cloud service is defined as,
infrastructure as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS), or platform as a service
(PaaS) to other businesses or individuals” (DiMaria, 2020).
- “Users can scale services to fit their needs, customize applications and access cloud
services from anywhere with an internet connection” (International Business Machine ,
2022).
- “Enterprise users can get applications to market quickly, without worrying about
underlying infrastructure costs or maintenance” (International Business Machine , 2022).
- “Downtime is often cited as one of the biggest cloud computing disadvantages. Since
cloud computing systems are internet-based, service outages are always an unfortunate
possibility and can occur for any reason “(Larkin, 2019)
