Who am I reflection

My current career plan is to take a gap year after high school to give me some more time to make a
good and smart decision on what I would like to do for a career. One of the strengths of my personality
is optimism. I do believe that I will make a good choice in what I want to do and I think that taking a gap
year will be a good thing for me as I advance in my life and begin my path to finding my career. My end
goal with my career plan is to have a career where I can be independent and determine my own
schedule; like being my own boss. The website states that the most important thing to virtuosos with
career paths the feeling that they are not stuck. Having the freedom to be independent and have their
own responsibilities. Virtuosos are also big on problem solving, and I personally want to be able to have
a job that gives me (healthy) challenges for me to work my way around and problem solve. Overall The
traits and skills that my personality has does make a contribution to my proposed career plan.

I feel that this was a mostly accurate depiction of my personality. A majority of the information about
my personality are accurate such as friendships; easy at making acquaintances but only have a few
people who feel truly understand me. The biggest thing that was accurate with this test was the idea of
going with the flow, and not having planned schedules or to do lists. I prefer to live life by the day and
whatever happens, happens. My strengths and weaknesses also match with the personality such as
rational, great in a crisis, optimistic and energetic and relaxed, and for weaknesses stubbornness,
insensitive, private and reserved and easily bored. For the parts of this personality that don’t match with
me I would not discredit the website for it because not everyone is going to be exactly what the test
says. Each person thinks differently no matter what and also I am still very young and have not seen all
that the world has to offer me. Perhaps down the road I will be exposed to more areas that this
personality test referenced to.
