My career plan is something that is constantly changing. Currently I am quite happy with the
plan I have acquired. The strengths that my results were are very similar to who I am. Good at
connecting with others, strong practical skills, and very loyal were some that were listed. These
all connect and relate to me as I have all these skills, and they help me get far in life. My
weaknesses were also accurate as well. Worried about their social status, too selfless, and
vulnerable to criticism were some of what was listed. These qualities is some that I struggle with
almost every day. It has caused me some problems with friendships and the relationship with
myself. The way that my results of the test were spot on when it came to my relationships and
friendships was very shocking to me because it is good to know I am not the only one who is like
that. Dislikes conflict and criticism, interested in maintaining strong relationships, and creating
many friendships are some of the things that were listed. I love making new friends, because I
think that it super important to surround yourself with people who support and encourage you for
the better. Some career paths that the test suggested were teaching, medical care, and social
work. Something that I find interesting about that is that if my plan of becoming an interior
designer, changes then I have the plan of becoming a teacher, which is something that I have
wanted to be ever since elementary school. Reflecting on the times I have spent at my current
job, the workplace habits that showed up with my results are accurate. Patient, efficient, and
hard-working are some of what was listed. These are all traits that I believe I have produced in
my current position at my job. I believe that these are good and effective traits to have to produce
work. Overall, I believe that this 16 personalities test was an accurate representation of what my
personality consists of.
