EVA – Ethylene Vinyl Acetate is a copolymer

of PE and VAM (Vinyl-Acetate- Monomer)
made in LDPE tubular or autoclave reactors
with different levels of VAM from about

Polycarbonate resin is an amorphous

engineering thermoplastic which

mechanical, optical, electrical and

SBR-Styrene Butadiene Rubber is a

synthetic rubber product manufactured
by the emulsion polymerizion of styrene
and butadiene in low temperature. SBR
has far more consistent quality than
natural rubber and excellent heat and
wear resistance, making it widely used
for tires, shoes, and industrial goods.

EPDM-Ethylene Propylene Diene

Monomer is typically used in

CR-Chloroprene (Neoprene) Rubber

is a polymer made from the monomer
2-chloro-1,3-butadiene. Neoprene is an
important variety of synthetic rubber,
not only has excellent light resistance,
aging resistance, flexural resistance,
acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance
and heat resistance, but also has good
physical and mechanical properties.

▷ NBR -NITRILE BUTADIENE RUBBER

NBR-Nitrile Butadiene Rubber or nitrile

rubber (NBR) is a family of unsaturated
copolymers of butadiene (BD) and
acrylonitrile (ACN).NBR shows a high
gas impermeability and excellent
resistance to wear and abrasion. It can
be used at service temperatures up to
110 – 120°C and shows no crystallization
at low temperatures.

is produced from polyethylene by
chlorination and chlorosulphonation

▷ ANTI - FOAMING AGENT

Anti-Foaming Agents accelerate the

deaeration of PVC plastisols, especially
in formulations for transparent top
coats. It is used especially in Transparent
as well as Filled or Pigmented PVC
Plastisol formulations.

▷ DISPERSING AGENT

Dispersing Agent is added to the liquid

components during the preparation of
the paste. The paste will then maintain
a reduced viscosity when the filler and
other solid ingredients are added. It leads
to a homogeneous dispersion of solids
in the paste, prevents the formation of
agglomerates and guarantees a free-
flowing paste in production. It is used
in filled PVC formulations especially
with high filler, Organic and Inorganic
Pigments especially for Carbon Black
and Azodicarbonamide.

It is a fatty acid ester compound. Acts

as an antifogging agent and lubricant.
It is highly efficient and phenol-
free solution. Its benefits include
optimization for applications in plastic
films and excellent transparency of the
final product. Has positive effects on
processing. Imparts low volatility and
high compatibility. Offers improved
rheological properties and optimized
machinery output. Provides improved
surface finish of final article. Suitable for
PVC-P extrusion and compatible with
PE. It has food contact approval, and is
perfectly suited for the food packaging
and toy industries.

▷ VISCOSITY REGULATOR

Acts as a viscosity regulator. Improves

the flow of PVC paste formulations by
efficiently reducing viscosity. Aids in
deaeration of the paste system and
exhibits low volatility. It is a fast fusing
co-plasticizer and gellingcatalyst for
flexible PVC. It is used in all kins of PVC
formulations.

It is a nanoclay deriving from a naturally

occurring montmorillonite especially
purified and modified with an high
content of quaternary ammonium
salt. It is also an additive for polymer
application used to improve various
physical and thermo-mechanical
properties. It is used in Polyolefins,
Polyester, Polystyrene, EVA, Polyamides,
Epoxy abd Acrylic Resins, Rubber and
Elastomers.

▷ WATER REPELLENT

Water Repellent is a multifunctional

additive used in HFFR cables
compounds production and other filled
compounds with ATH&MDH. It is used in
Compound or Cables Extrusion directly
to imparts great Hydrophobicity and
reduced Water Absorption. It performs
very well in Underwater Thermal Ageing
Tests ensuring the overcoming of them.
