TO MY UNDERSTANDING
Assessment:
Is Globalization characterized by a rapid exchange of goods, people, and capital
across different countries, a random or a deliberate phenomenon?
For me Globalization is deliberate phenomenon. Because when we say deliberate it is
planned. I can say this because we can't have a free movement of people, exchange in
goods and capital across different country if it is unplanned. Because when we talked
about trading, decision making is need to be executed to avoid problems in the process of
trading.

Who are the important factors shaping globalization? What are you thoughts?
I think the important factors that shaping globalization is us consumers. We are the one
who always start globalization by acquiring or buying products, even if it is a goods from
other countries or in our own locality. For example we are buying a chicken in a
manufacturer in other country and that manufacturer has a people who is investing on
him or her. So in the example alone we can see how globalization works and the free
trade environment. After all, we consumers are the one who is making decision on the
products that we want to purchase based on the quality of the product.
