WELCOME BACK TO KWIK THINKING!


Today’s session is about learning to improve your decision-making and problem-solving
skills.
The framework we will use to do this is Edward De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats.

The Six Thinking Hats present us with a chance to see a situation or a problem in a new
way.

Using the hats, we can give ourselves permission to see a problem from different points of
view and mentally step into somebody else’s shoes. This can help us to see it more vividly,
and solve it more rapidly and intelligently.

Often, we approach situations from the same point of view, meaning we are always making
the same kind of decisions—and we can get stuck.
