你子女必須親身前來領取護照。同意這項申請的父、母或合法監護人必須親身陪同子女前來領取護照，以便在申請
書上簽署。請在此通知書的發出日期的一天後，透過互聯網www.gov.hk/tdbooking 、入境處流動應用程式或電話預約
系統2598 0888，預約領取新旅行證件。
屆時，請攜同本函及下列你隨申請書附上的證明文件的正本以供核實：
1. 你的香港永久性居民身份證
2. 你子女的香港永久性居民身份證
3. 你子女原有的香港特別行政區護照，以供查閱或辦理註銷手續

This is to acknowledge receipt of your child's application for an HKSAR passport. Unless receiving further
notice from us, the passport can be collected at the following office and period.

Collection Period : 19/03/2020 - 19/05/2020

within the collection period (excluding General Holidays)]

Tan)
Office Hours : Mondays to Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. & 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m..
Your child should collect the passport in person. The consenting parent or legal guardian must accompany the
child for collection of the passport in person, for appending his/her signature on the application form. Please
make an appointment through the Internet www.gov.hk/tdbooking, Immigration Department Mobile Application
or the telephone booking system 2598 0888 on the day following the date of issue of this notice, for collecting
your new travel document.
Please also bring along the original(s) of the following document(s), which you have enclosed with the
application, for verification upon collection of the passport:
1. Your Hong Kong permanent identity card
2. Your child's Hong Kong permanent identity card
3. Your child's previous Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport for inspection or cancellation
