What’s in the box: FM019 x 1 set, 2 mechanism key & USB Cable

Let’s start with the smart lock outside of the house (external)

How to register owner as main authorize admin user (For first time use) (1st admin method must be using PIN)

Step 1: Press “ “3 times

Step 2: The voice will then broadcast “Please register administrator. Please enter fingerprint or password.”
Step 3: Please scan your Fingerprint five times / Enter 6 pin number and press “ “, repeat the same steps one more
time.
Step 4: Press “ “to exit.

To add more administrator (with full access) / How to add user

Step 1: Press “ “3 times to go in the setting

Step 2: The voice will then broadcast “Please authorize administrator fingerprint or password.”
Step 3: Press “2” to add administrator OR Press “1” to add user.
Step 4: Please enter fingerprint or a 6 pin number password.
Step 5: Press “ “to exit.

How to delete administrator/user

Step 1: Press “ “3 times to go in the setting

Step 2: The voice will then broadcast “Please authorize administrator fingerprint or password.”
Step 3: Press “3” to delete user/ administrator
Step 4: Press “1” to delete by number / Press “2” to delete by fingerprint / Press “3” to delete by password
Step 5: Press “ “to exit.

Restore Factory Settings

Step 1: Press “ “3 times to go in the setting

Step 2: The voice will then broadcast “Please authorize administrator fingerprint or password.”
Step 3: Press “4” to go into System Setting
Step 4: Press “2” to restore to factory state
Step 5: Press “ “ to confirm.

Let’s repeat the above steps to set up the smart lock inside the house (internal)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Every SINGGATE SMART LOCK provides 2 sets of keys. We, Full Smart do not keep any spare keys of the smart lock.
The keys are made from security grade C-level which cannot be duplicate from locksmith.

TIPS: We strongly recommend our customer to keep the keys at secured place. For example: office, car or
parent’s place.
