A BIBLICAL WALK THRU THE MASS


Sunday February 26, St. John’s in Princeton will begin a
scriptural tour thru the prayers, hymns, and rituals of the Liturgy.
Practically every part of Mass finds its inspiration in Scripture.
The program consists of five 30-minute video presentations.
A session will be shown each Sunday after the 8 AM Mass. The
program begins approximately 8:50 AM. No signup is necessary.
Study guides will be available to those who would like one.

Stations of the Cross, followed by a half hour Adoration, will be
held on Fridays during Lent (except Good Friday) in the
small church at 5:00 PM. Join us and make this part of your
Lenten observance.

LENTEN REGULATIONS
Catholics who have celebrated their 14th birthday are bound
to abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday and all Fridays in Lent,
including Good Friday.
Catholics who have celebrated their 18th birthday and are
under 59 years of age are bound to fast on Ash Wednesday and
Good Friday. Ash Wednesday and Good Friday Fasts: only one
full meatless meal is allowed. Two other meatless meals,
sufficient to maintain strength, may be taken according to each
one’s needs, but together they should not equal another full meal. NO GREATER LOVE
