    KIT# 10906 – SINGLE RELAY – SINGLE EXTERIOR MOUNT SWITCH

    *Wire Size Guideline: 6 Gauge – up to 85’, 4 Gauge – up to 135’.


    In any application, larger wire = better motor performance.
    Relay Mounting Instructions:
    1. Select a desired mounting location. Mount the relay as close to the battery as possible.
    2. Using the relay as a template, mark the centers of the mounting holes. Note: Use the widest
    spacing possible which will give you a 4-1/4" spacing on center.
    3. Using a 1/4" drill bit, drill the holes marked in the previous step.
    4. Mount the relay using 1/4" bolts and nuts. Make sure that the bolt head is on the back side of the
    relay. DO NOT TIGHTEN BOLTS AT THIS TIME.
    5. Wire the relay according the wiring diagram. In order to prevent motor overheating issues, use
    only the Roll-Rite supplied 40A modified reset circuit breaker!
    6. Apply dielectric grease to all electrical connections, cover terminals with supplied cover and tighten
    mounting bolts.
