Warning Letter to IMSA TELECOM

for SRM Account has been shared

Dear IMSA Team,

This warning letter was written because your company’s SRM account has been shared

when your construction team worked on site. According to the compliance requirement,

ZTE don't allow any subcon share their SRM account (which can login iepms system and

icenter-ex app.etc.) except for some conditions, and we already send pulicity emails since

September 26th,2022. But we still found that one of your company’s SRM account has

been shared between December 8th,2022 and January 8th,2023. More details are as

below:

Because of this issue, we have deducted 1 point from the compliance section of your

company’s performance evaluation in December 2022. We hope this never happens

again, so please all your team use their own SRM account in the future.
