How to use the flash cards
Introduce new words
Flash the word card, say the word then flash the corresponding picture card
Hang them on a hanging card holder
Play “match the cards”
Put the words cards on the left, face up
Put the pictures cards on the right, face up
Take turns to match the right words with pictures
Play “memory game”
Put all the cards face down.
Each player opens 2 cards at a time. If the word card matches the picture cards, the player keeps the
pair. If they don’t match, both cards are turned face down again.
Next player opens 2 cards again.

How to print/create flash cards

The cards are created 1 word per page (A4 size). You may print them in any size easily using Adobe’s function
to print multiple pages per sheet. I usually print 8 per sheet, then mount it onto cardstock paper. You may
choose to laminate.
