Respected Sir,

It is requested that the tenant Syed Waseem Shah, who is living in the two first-floor rooms of

my house located in 5-A Canal Park, Gulberg II Lahore, is a very rude man. He, Syed Waseem

Shah, has captured all my private house after entering into the two first-floor rooms with a rent

excuse. He has also locked my ground floor kitchen and bathroom beneath the outdoor stairs

leading to first floor. He also removed my vine tree and placed his big advertising board over my

boundary wall without my permission which costed a lonely widow like me a big intolerable

burden of PKR 100,000 in the form of larger yearly property tax. He made my electricity meter

commercial by changing wires and sent me the electricity bill of around PKR 84,000. Please cut

the electric supply from our house of the meter where our first floor tenant is occupying our first

floor rooms. All the details of the specified meter (REFERENCE NO: 131151602800U, METER

NO.: 3-464520, CUSTOMER ID: 7352245) are mentioned in the attached electricity bill. We

will be very grateful if you do this favor in a timely manner.
