The Form-Anchor is a ‘cast-in’ concrete anchor for use with 15mm Rapid Tie Bar. Supplied with it’s own nail-on cone locator, the anchor can be easily fixed to the form face with no requirement for drilling plywood.
*Assuming minimumT12 bars at 200mm centers with anchors contained within reinforcement cage on all sides.
