3 things you think you are doing well

3 things areas where improvement is needed

I can say, I am doing well with the Team because of the following:

- Productive
- Learning
- Coordination
- Team Tasks accomplishment
- Compliments and Acknowledgement from my Manager (Earl)
- Receiving Rewards from Impero

Also, I am doing well in terms of fulfilling my responsibilities to my Team and Organization. Being
engaged in some projects out of my usual tasks. My product knowledge has improved as well and still
motivated to learn more.

I am happy and motivated to go to work everyday because of our WFH set up. My work and life balance
are maintained to the optimal level. In fact, I spend my spare time exploring things that will improve my
career like taking online courses and certifications.

I am doing well because I know my Team and Impero cares about me.

Right now, the only thing I see that needs improvement is CSAT. Though it is uncontrollable, I must work
on it hard in gathering more CSAT as it affects the Team performance. It is already given that the volume
of tickets in APAC region is too low. But we already find a way to overcome that challenge. It just needs
effort and patience.
