Be Accountable- Make yourself a part of the solution by taking ownership of the issues they face
Let’s strive to make every customer interaction count by adhering to the golden rule – Treat your customers
the way you’d like to be treated.

Remember - people may forget what we say, but will never forget how we make them feel.
