Aztec and Mayan Eagle warrioirs are classified as 'scouts' and both get a -3 penalty for their gold cost, which in turn is compensated by the UT of the civilizations.

Notes:
Score_available The overall score of the respective civilization is divided by the number of the units available to this civilization.
Thus the average score of all available to the civilization units is calculated.
Rank_available Ranking of the civilizations according to the above criterion. This is a more appropriate ranking than by overall score.
AVG Simple average of the values in the row.
All values in a row that are higher than average are in bold.
Score_abv_average The overall score of all units of a particular civ that are above average.
This is also an appropriate criterion, since it shows the score of the units that are most likely to be used in combat.
Rank_abv_average Ranking of the civilizations according to the above criterion.

N.3 Exceptions to the rules:

Gothic halberdiers receive only +1 bonus for their +1 attack vs. buildings.
Saracen cavalry archers receive only +1 bonus for their +3 attack vs. buildings. Saracen archers receive only +1 bonus for their +1 attack vs. buildings.
Viking navy scores are all increased with +1 due to the cheaper docks.
The lack of final attack upgrade reduces the scores of spearman, skirmisher and camel by only -1.
Turkish hand cannonners receive only +1 for the +20%HP
