PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I, JUAN DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino, with
residence address at Metro Manila, promise to pay without the need of demand to
the order of, MARLON A. VINO, the amount of PESOS: FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND
PESOS, with interest thereon at a rate of 7% per month.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

A. Principal Loan Amount: FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php55,000).

B. Loan Repayment Terms:

BORROWER will make payment(s) to LENDER in 12 months, starting
February 28, 2023 and will end on February 15, 2024.

Due every 15th and 30th of the month, amounting to FOUR THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS AND 67/100 (Php4,216.67).

C. Method of Payment: CASH, CHECK (?) and/or FUND TRANSFER

D. In Case of Default
1. Notice. Borrower should give a notice at least two (2) weeks before
the due date of default;
2. Penalty for Late Payment. There shall also be imposed upon
BORROWER a 2% penalty for any late payment computed upon
the amount of any principal and accrued interest whose payment to
LENDER is overdue under this promissory note.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF and acknowledging acceptance and agreement of the

foregoing, BORROWER and LENDER affix their signatures hereto.
