MARINE PROTEST

I, GARWIN R. GULANE, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Pagadian

City, Zamboanga Del Sur, after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and say:

1. That I am the M/Tug Ankeisha Boat Captain of Golden Star Manning and Ship
Management Company;

2. That on January 29, 2023, Sunday at around 1 o’clock in the afternoon, while I
was maneuvering the boat as we were going to pull out from the Dumaguete City
Port, our boat was accidentally hit the edge of the pier because of the big swell;

3. That while I was maneuvering the boat I was very cautious but because of the
big swell our boat hit the small area of the port;

4. That as a M/Tug Captain, I am filing this Marine Protest;

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
