The last transmission animation notes

The last transmission is a podcast hosted by me, the guy is in the art is meant to be
me, the show talks about UFOs and Cryptids etc.

SHOT 1 ( this is the only complete shot at the moment, do not do this shot! , it is for
your reference in terms of the look and style)

To do

SHOT 2 – 2 layers - Camera pushes into me slowly from behind, the radio and mic
are in front of me on the desk, leave the background blank I will add in the trees I
have already created.
If you can keep me/desk and the windows on different layers I can then animate
them.

SHOT 3 – 2 layers

Same angle as in the reference. A cool, old looking transmitter radio, with a few
knobs and dials. A hand tuning the radio, the needle moves as the knob is turned, I
will add in sound fx.

SHOT 4 - 3 layers.

1. My right arm
2. Me/desk
3. walls windows.

Man sat at the desk in the tower speaking into the microphone, please copy what I’m
wearing and the colours of clothes, paint in cupboards etc that will be in the watch
tower. For the background it will be windows leave the background blank I will
add in the trees I have already created.

I am animating my right arm, to grab the mic and pull it towards me

SHOT 5 - Reverse of shot 3, camera pulls away from me sat at the desk outside the
tower windows. ( 4 SECONDS )
SHOT 6 – 3 layers

1. Trees and foliage

2. Bigfoots
3. Tower and background

If you could paint the bigfoot creatures leaning around a tree both sides, with arms as
if sneakily looking towards the tower that would be great, they don’t need to be in the
center of the frame, the idea is that they are curious about the tower and are coming to
see what it is. Copy colours from shot 1 reference.

Bigfoot creatures appear out of the woods either side of the frame.

SHOT 7 - Push into the radio and speaker, a voice finally says hello in response to
my transmission (4 SECONDS)

SHOT 8 – 2 layers
1. Me
2. Desk, radio and windows.

Please paint me with a little shock on my face, imagine someone has just spoken back
through the radio to me which has never happened before. radio which will be in the
background on the desk with me in the foreground. Paint window frames but leave
trees blank again I will add them in.

Please make my clothing dark hiking gear, with an army green baseball cap.
My face with a bit of stubble, a short beard just growing, like I have not shaved for 3-
4 days, green eyes, dark brown hair.
