restrictions globally and in Saudi Arabia, return to work in timely manner will be my sole
responsibility. Additionally, all travel arrangements will be my responsibility.

During this time, it is highly advisable that employees do not travel OOK considering the travel
restrictions and border closures implemented by governments globally which could result in travel
difficulties and return Saudi Arabia.
