Based on the reading material "Best Practices for

Marketing During and After COVID-19" Discuss or

explain the following questions given:
1. How can you prove that marketing is still essential
during a pandemic?
Since many consumers are just staying at home and using
internet, marketing is still vital during this pandemic. Given that it
will entice them to consider what and how well your product is
based on your marketing platform or advertisements, a unique and
creative marketing strategy can have an impact on your business
and entice customers to try your brand.
For instance, I've observed that many cafes, restaurants, and
resorts utilize influencers  to promote their products as well
as services in order to entice and inform customers that there are
new options in the market instead of just the traditional goods or
locations that had already established their brands prior to the
pandemic. Furthermore, it will boost established brands in
communicating with current and new customers about how they
valued product sustainability and quality despite rising costs for
essentials and ongoing pandemics.

2. If you can add one of the best practices for marketing

during and after COVID-19, what will it be?
I have noticed that many businesses allocate funding or
spend money on influencers to market their brands. People today,
especially, want to unwind and relax. They want to discover or
explore new foods, restaurants, bars, resorts, cafes, and other
tourist spots. Due to the fact that there is a lot of competition and
that many people are creative and seeking new sources of income,
business owners are becoming more proactive in their utilization of
advertisements and other marketing strategies. They must
therefore promote their products and be more inventive in how
they present them entice customers to choose their brand over
those of their competitors.

3. Give an example of a company that utilized its

marketing during this time of the pandemic.
I believe the San Miguel Corporation has intensified its
endeavors to promote corporate social responsibility (CSR). By
contributing billions of pesos to aid our fellow Filipinos, they gain
free exposure. It is a really smart move, in my opinion, as it will
continue to establish in the minds and hearts of Filipinos that San
Miguel Corporation is not avaricious but rather genuinely cares
about their well-being and the future of their country. In the midst
of the pandemic, it increased the popularity and recognition of
their business.
