Hi Elena,

We are so glad to have your application. This is the first step in the application process for Intensive Frontend Course by Novare
Potential. This step consists of an online test, please read carefully before you start.

It is an assessment of ability. The results from the assessment will serve as basis for qualitative guidelines to be as objective as
possible.

Thus, you should complete 4 capacity tests that cover different aspects of logical, reasoning skills and English test. The tests are
provided by cut-e, one of the leading companies in the area of psychological assessment in an organizational context.

Language can be changed if needed.

Here you will fill in your personal data and receive a NEW personal password for accessing the tests.

*Remember to write down the personal password.

Estimate approximately 30 - 40 minutes for the testing. You can take a break between each test.

Very important to keep in mind:

- Reserve enough time for completing the test

- Make sure you are well rested before taking the test

- Make sure you are not likely to be interrupted

- It is very important that you read the instructions carefully and do exercises before starting the actual tests

The above points are things that can affect your test results.

In this testing process, you are able to download feedback reports based on your results after completion of all the tests.

Please note that the deadline to complete the test is 24.09.2022.

Please keep in mind that:

Random samples of the same test may be done later in the process to make sure that you are the one filling out the
tests.
There might be an additional technical test.
Only do the test once - we will only assess your first try.

We will review all the results and we will contact those who did well in the test.
