With this letter, I am expressing my interest in applying for the position of Industrial security
Guard A in the Airport Police Division.

Currently, I have been working as a Security Screening Officer in your industry for almost 3
years. We are responsible for checking baggage and people to make the airport safe and
secure. My experience as a Security Screening Officer dealing with people and threats to civil
aviation, for which we are trained on our x-ray machine operations, screening of airport users,
baggage and familiarity with airport work, will bring important skills to the position I'm applying
for and will more than likely to meet your expectations.

I did my bachelor's degree in criminology at the University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue. I
just recently passed the professional exam and am now a licensed Criminologist. My studies will
be a great advantage as I humbly have a higher qualification for your admission requirements.
However, my goal is to be part of the organization, grow and be the best asset to the industry.
Retaining experience in my current work and various law enforcement agencies during my on-
the-job training day in college at diverse units of the Philippine National Police and other
government agencies will equip me well for the position of Industrial Security Guard A of the
Airport Police Division.

I am very interested in joining the team in the Airport Police Division and the role is something
that excites me very much. I feel that I have gained the necessary skills and qualifications that I
will need to excel on the job and I am looking forward to employing this in a fresh new
environment.
