Greetings from Triune God!

May request from your good office to conduct make-up classes tomorrow, October 18 and Thursday,
October 20, 2022. This is to cater the needs of my handled classes before the midterm examination,
for the reason that I have to finish the remaining two lessons as part of the coverage of the said
examination.

Below are the proposed schedules:

Time Level & Section
7:30 – 9:30 am 12 C, GAS
9:45 – 10:45 am 12 B, GAS
1:00 – 3:00 pm 12 A, STEM

The make-up classes are not a compulsory, but an encouragement to the students to attend with
their parental consent. I hope and pray that this request will grant by your office. God bless you
