If I were to choose between Kelly and Fitzmaurice as a replacement for Robert Bennington's
position, I would base my decision on the qualifications and skills needed for the job. While
Kelly has been a loyal and hard-working employee for over twenty-five years, it is important to
consider whether he has the necessary management and leadership skills required for the
position. From the description provided, Kelly appears to be a consistent worker but is not a
"genius" and has been categorized as "not good management material."
On the other hand, mike Fitzmaurice appears to be a strong candidate for the position. He has a
degree in accounting and additional work towards an MBA, along with five years of experience
in credit. He has also been identified as having drive and originality, which are important
qualities for a leader in a management role. Mike Fitzmaurice's performance in Wearever's
junior executive training program indicates that he has the potential to be a successful credit
manager.
So, I would choose mike Fitzmaurice as Robert Bennington's replacement based on his
