 Price: Price Quoted are in Philippine Peso and inclusive of 12% Value Added Tax. . “Prices indicated are
based on 12% Value Added Tax (VAT). In the event of changes in the percentage of taxes, prices
initially given will be subject for revision”.
 Payment Terms: APPROVED TERMS
 Validity: Price quoted is valid for 15days from the date of quotation only.

 Condition: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 2 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY, EXCEPT DEFECTIVE
UNIT WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD.

 Cancellation: Netplay will charge a restocking fee for all CANCELLED and RETURNED ORDERS amounting to
50% of total Global List Price of items to be returned and 80% of total Global list Price for registered
subscriptions and licenses.

 Licenses and Subscription: Licenses and Subscriptions are expected to start no later than one month from
receipt of purchase order unless advised otherwise and Netplay Inc. shall not be deemed accountable for any
incomplete subscriptions due to delayed deployment or registration.
