SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Description
These Special Terms and Conditions supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”) and Terms
and Conditions specific to the Globe At Home Plans (“T&C”) (the SA and T&C shall be collectively referred to as
“Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement and these
Special Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Special Terms and Conditions shall prevail as to the
subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with
these Special Terms and Conditions shall remain binding and effective.

PLAN Plan 899 (Up to 25Mbps) 300GB - Data Only plan

LOCKUP Twenty Four (24) Months

1) New Globe At Home customers


- Open to Filipinos. Non-Filipinos with existing Mobile accounts with > 7 months
tenure can avail of FiberFlex Plan 899 offer with lockup.
- Not applicable for additional account of existing Globe at Home customers except
if the following conditions are met:
● Additional account should be in a different installation address and is
serviceable by Fiber cabinets that offer GFiberFlex Plan 899
● With sufficient credit limit
ELIGIBILITY POLICIES
● Should follow default additional account policies

2) Serviceable by selected Fiber cabinets


- For customers living in the border of pilot sites, serviceability will be fully
dependent on the whitelisted facilities, not the address of customers.

Note: All subscription applications are subject to Globe’s rules, policies, applicable
laws and regulations.

Installation
Installations made on the same day of submission of application forms to direct sales agents are temporary in nature
and subject to the conduct of full verification of the required supporting documents. Should the subscriber fails to
provide the necessary supporting documents within the prescribed period, the account will be terminated and the
upfront payment paid by the subscriber shall be refunded upon return of the installed modem to the Globe store.

Lock-up Period
Default lock-up period for new subscribers* will be twenty four (24) months.
(No Lockup = Not allowed)
*applies to Filipino and non-Filipino subscribers

Upfront Payment
Amount to be collected is one (1) month service fee amounting to Eight Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos (Php 899.00) upon
installation of the broadband line.

Pre-termination Fees
Standard Fees (modem fee of Php 4,500 plus two (2) months service fee and balance of any amortization) will apply
should the subscriber decides to terminate his/her account at any time within the twenty four (24)-month lock-up period.
Termination beyond the 24-month lock-up period will not incur any fees.

By checking "I hereby agree and accept” or by signing this form, the subscriber hereby confirms that he/she has read,
understood and agreed with the foregoing Special Terms and Conditions, the Agreement

policy.html) and that he/she agrees to be bound thereby.
