CLEANING PROCEDURE
1. Connect circulating pump in line with heat exchanger and holding tank. (See attached sheet).
2. Pump cleaning agent in reverse flow of air. (Cleaner in air-out and out air-in). ‘This will
prevent pushing any foreign material farther into heat exchanger module.
Depending on the severity of blockage use the following:
Oilresidue Cal Clean HD Mig.: Calgon Vestal Laboratories
Scale Liquid Scale Dissolver__Mfg.: Calgon Vestal Laboratories
If these are not available consult your local refrigeration/plumbing supplier.
NOTE: Circulating time will depend on severity of blockage. Periodic inspection
of air inlet and circulating medium may determine cleaning time.
