FYI Configuration

Enable the FYI rule category in the AME please follow the steps below. If configured already
please do not modify.

Approvals management administrator>Configuration variables

Select the transaction type as Oracle Self service Human resource, hit go.
Select Allow “for Your Information Notifications” to yes.
Clicks apply. It looks like the below.
Configure allow approver types

Check for “Allow All Approver Types” and set as Yes.

Select PQH_ROLE as approver type, apply the same
