Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to:

2. Evaluate the benefit determination process and options; and government and legal issues in
organization (C4, C6)

Instruction to students:
1. In a group of FOUR (4) members, you have to analyze at least THREE (3) activities or issues pertaining
to recruitment and selection process in the organization.
2. Write a report including;
i) Introduction
ii) Body
iii) Conclusion
iv) References
3. Formatting: Double spacing, Times New Roman font 12 or Arial font 11 and justify.
4. Marking criteria for report:
