Uriel : Hi everyone and welcome to the Brise G podcast. I'm Uriel and I'm joined
today by my partner Joel.
Hello Joel, how are you?

Joel:Hello Uriel, the truth is that I am fine and prepared to answer the questions of
our listeners.

Uriel: Absolutely right, Joel. Well if you want we start with the questions

Joel: OK lets go.

Uriel: Ok the first question is from Marta G3, what would it be: What product or
service will this company provide? How will it do so? What need will it fill?
If you don't mind, Joel, I'll start by answering.

Joel:No problem

Uriel : Ok answering your question our business idea would be about a place where
you can use electronic devices, in your
most desktop computers and video game consoles. In addition to being a place
for young people, computers could also be used by working people, such as
way to search for a place of work (for people who work online or telecommute). Y
to finish we would have an area where people can have a drink while
wait your turn or want to take a break.

And that would be all about our business idea

Joel: This one of the typical question that people ask us whenever we talk about our
business.

Uriel: Totally agree with you my friend. Well, continuing with the questions, the next
one comes from Fran 78, which would be the following:

What other companies and products will this company compete with? What are the
strengths and weaknesses of those competitors? What advantage will your company
have over its competitors?

I think you could answer this question, Joel, since you are more of an expert on the
subject.
Joel: Our company major adversaries are home computers/laptops and another
store like the one we have.
The weakness of our competitors who offer the same service as us is that also
like us they have to compete against home computers who are more profitable
in the long term for clients, other problem is depending in a constant electricity
which makes a costly bill at the end of the month and the fact that there are
multiple cybercafes in the same area (Valencia city and its surroundings
neighborhoods).

We have diversified our business to have bar/cafeteria included in our local plus
areas dedicated to use for entertainment and other to work with his dedicated
tools for such thing in those areas.

Uriel: Well Oliver Kan asks us:

How will your company sell its products or services? How will it convince consumers
to pay for them?

Like everyone else, we think about ideas such as attracting potential customers and
we have decided that we will use traditional marketing and within this type of
marketing we will use both the method of
sponsorship and e-commerce.

These methods we will use cultural sports sponsorships, mobile app, etc...
We have verified that these methods are effective for attracting customers.

Joel: This is literally how we decided on the subject of marketing. Well, what else do
our listeners ask?

Uriel : Now to finish the subject of our company I have chosen a couple of questions
that are related to each other. I think Joel will be able to answer them, what do you
think, mate?

Joel:For my sake, go ahead and tell me the questions.

Uriel: Accordingly, the questions are:

How much money will it take

to start your company? What
will this money be used for?

And the last one :

How will your company

make money?
Joel:It must be taken into account that our objective is to provide a service whose
function is both to give leisure and an opportunity to telework. We have estimated
that the investment would be about five hundred thousand euros for which they are
given by our investors.
For computers the cost would be twenty five thousand euros, for furniture thirty
thousand euros and the price of the premises four hundred thirty thousand euros.

I think I have answered the first and part of the second and I find the issue is if
money is earned, the truth is that it is because we are the only business of these
characteristics in the entire area of towns

Uriel: Well I think you are already answered all the questions. I hope you had a good
time and we look forward to seeing you on the next podcast.
Until next time
