THEME PARTY

Action plan

1. Formation of groups in equal numbers to form various teams to compete in the various games
that will be availed on the end year party.

2. The players of the various teams will be dressed in different colours of their choice for easy
identification.

3. Points will be awarded accordingly from the different games played and the winners will be
awarded.

The games are interactive and engaging in a way that the team players and cheer leaders create a
working harmony that can easily be seen with how passionately they work hand in hand.

The activities that will be arranged in a sequence will run for 3-4 hours of the designated time whereby
the various teams will be able to earn points from the activities that will run up to the lunch hour.

Entertainment

Events by Waridi will be able to provide good music in accordance to the theme of the day with our
favourite DJ on the decks, if need be we will provide a good live band that will entertain the team.

Food

The team is allowed to choose from our long list of food menu and drinks on what they prefer to be
served on the end year party day, not forgetting our barbeque section that provides all sorts of grill from
mbuzi choma, pork chops, laikipia beef meat and mutura.
