Proposal for the 20th anniversary celebration.

This proposal intended to outline possible ideas for holding the next month
anniversary event. Including the type of event, some punctual details about it and
some suggestions so that it could be easily organized.

Event topic.

As far as I know, the main aim of this event is to celebrate the companies’
achievements all over these years. That’s why it could be projected as a backup of the
whole history of the firm; including audiovisual content, such as photos and videos,
supported by some employees’ interventions.

Following activities.

Immediately after, it would be a good point to organize a catering with world-wide

dishes and at the same time that waiters are serving them play folkloric music which
matches each of them. Once we have finished I propose to take part a gymkhana per
teams which main aim will be to get clues in order to look for a reward.

Professional advice.

Considering the complexity of the organization, I have been thinking that the most
suitable would be hiring staff with plenty of experience in holding these short of
celebrations. However, the price of holding the party will increase considerably, in
spite of this I think it is really good value for money.

Conclusion

As far as I am concerned, managers should send an informative email in which they

make sure that everybody is aware of the party otherwise many employees are going
to make arranged plans for that date. Finally, I hope that my suggestions are useful
enough to be taken in consideration.
