New Work Installations

Remove backer from adhesive. Adhere gasket to
top of splice plate.
Replace the shorter end brackets on the EZDG444S
or EZDG444S2 Grid Frame with the EZG444CP
Splice Plate. Loosely assemble frame with
appropriate hardware through flanges at mitered
corners. After installing pathway array(s), tighten
the bolts in the frame.
The larger insulative gaskets provided with the
EZDG444S & EZDG444S2 Grid System will need
to be trimmed by 5/8” (16 mm) beneath the splice
plate. Do this prior to installation and anchoring of
frame to floor assembly.
