1000L SW Equipment Installation Instructions

Step 1: 1 water inlet, 3 water outlets description

(1) The left port of the raw water pump is connected to the raw water tank,

and a manual valve needs to be added to the raw water tank (to prevent

the equipment from being abnormal, the water can be closed)

(2)RO Concentrated water outlet

Step 2: After the above four ports are connected

The pretreatment tank and the membrane host are connected in sequence

Step 3: Next, connect the flush signal connector and the automatic valve
connector:

Step 4: Connect the power cord of the automatic valve of the pretreatment

jar and insert it into the side of the jar to power on 步

Step 5: Preprocess the jars. Before filling, turn on the machine to test the

water, and the jar has no leakage, and start filling.

1. Packing: (twist the automatic valve head, start packing, fill up to 60%,

and re-twist the valve head after the filter material is filled) (unscrew the

valve at the top of the tank is the feeding port)

2. The pretreatment tank is backwashed and washed in sequence. After

the tank is washed, it can reach the running state. The first rinse is

operated in manual state

Note: To replenish water in the raw water tank, half-open the water inlet

valve of the raw water pump to allow water to enter the raw water pump,

and unscrew the pump exhaust screw to fill the cavity with water. (Note:

if the valve opens too fast, the filter material will be lost)

Step 6: After finishing, install the five-core filter membrane in the

precision filter, clean the filter and install the three-core filter membrane.

Step 7: Install RO membrane

Step 9: Adjust the right side of the pressure switch to 1-2, and the left side

does not move (adjust according to the water pressure)

Step ten: Panel flow valve adjustment

The RO concentrated water flow should be adjusted to 2300-3000L

Dosing system:
1. Add 2kg flocculant and 38L pure water to the flocculant dosing box,

and adjust the output flow rate of the metering pump to 32%;

2. Add 2kg reducing agent and 38L pure water to the reducing agent

dosing box, and adjust the output flow rate of the metering pump to 32%;

3. Add 2kg of scale inhibitor and 38L of pure water to the antiscaling

agent dosing box, and adjust the output flow rate of the metering pump to

32%;
